Emily
Emily has worked as a registered dietitian for over 10 years and is passionate about helping people reach their goals and become healthier.
She believes that all food can fit in to a healthy diet, even when you’re trying to lose weight! It’s all about prioritizing protein, fruits, veggies, and then leaving room for fun foods. She would love to help you create habits that you continue throughout your life.
Emily graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Utah State University in 2013, did a 7-month internship in Idaho and Washington, then worked her first job as a dietitian at WIC. After 3 years, she took a position at Center for Change where she learned valuable skills helping people learn intuitive eating principles which are extremely helpful in weight loss counseling.
She started her own practice two years ago with a desire to help people wanting to lose weight, learn healthy eating habits, learn tools to help with emotional eating, binge eating, and overeating, and provide meal plans.
In her free time Emily loves to play pickleball, go boating, do photography, and travel.
